We’re looking for wet lab collaborators

We’re looking for academic and industry labs to help test and refine Protuna workflows in real protein engineering campaigns. If you have a protein to optimize and assays to measure the properties you care about, we’d love to hear from you.

Your campaign data and the models trained on it stay with you. You don’t need to make either public.

These collaborations will help us understand where Protuna works well and where it needs improvement. What we learn together will help us improve the tools and documentation for the wider protein engineering community.
